To set your PHP version on your new cpanel server to the desired version login to your cpanel account. Then scroll down to Software -> select MultiPHP Manager.
In the domains box check the domain you want to set the new PHP version for. Then in the drop-down box labeled PHP version select the PHP version you desire. Press apply when satisfied.
